O Faithful guardian and Father of Virgins, Blessed Joseph to whom was confided the care of Jesus and Mary, the Queen of Virgins, we most humbly supplicate you, by the love you do bear for Jesus and Mary, to obtain for us that, being preserved from every stain of sin for our whole life, we may be ever able to serve them with unspotted purity of mind and body. Chastity is a virtue that calls you to purity of heart, mind, and body, aligning your relationships with God’s design for love. Rooted in self-mastery and respect for the dignity of each person, it fosters true freedom and integrity, enabling you to love as Christ loves.
Self Mastery – A lifelong process of forming one’s character in virtue—going beyond resisting temptation to cultivating a heart that desires true goodness.
Modesty – Cultivating an attitude of humility and respect in thoughts, speech, dress, and behaviour, thus fostering a proper appreciation of human dignity.
Fortitude – Fortitude helps us resist pressure, endure trials, stay strong in faith, overcome temptations, and remain committed to God’s design for love and relationships.
